We strongly believe loyalty will always have to be rewarded and hence for every mile you travel with us you will earn 1 loyalty point which is added automatically to your Loyalty miles.
You can keep a track of your loyalty miles from the "Loyalty Miles" menu icon in your app
Once you have a minimum of 100 loyalty miles you can redeem them to add free credits to your app Wallet account. You can use these credits to pay for your future rides with us.
Your redeem button will be enabled once you have a minimum of 100 loyalty miles in your account. When you click on the redeem button your credit will be automatically added to your Wallet account.
Yes there is a service fee for using our platform and this will be included in your fare estimations and will be clearly marked as a seperate line item in your itemised receipt at the end of the trip. The amount of service fee is calculated based on various factors that includes but not limited to the customers travel zone , pickup location etc.
Trips cancelled before 15 mins from the trip requested time, will be fully refunded. Trips cancelled after 15 mins up untill the trip requested pickup time, 50% of the fare will be refunded Trips cancelled after the requested pickup time and no shows will not be refunded.
We will make all possible effort to send an alternate minicab but it depends on the availability of a cab closer to your location.
Anyone with a valid Hackney carriage license across UK or with a private hire badge from a council where Orcars is authorised to operate can driver for Orcars. Young and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to take up taxi driving as a profession are also welcome. Orcars Driver Academy would guide them in their licensing process and take them onboard once they are licensed
Becasue the driving partners have a say in what we do and how we do. You choose your hours of work , you choose what is the comission model you want to pay and you choose when you want to be paid.

Remember we said you have a say in what we do and how we do ? So here it is. You can choose from the following options
A. A fixed price rent (Varying based on your location) and you choose if you want to pay it weekly or monthly or quarterly or even yearly.
B. Flat 12% commission(Varying based on location) on all your jobs
C. A tiered commision structure on your jobs.
15% on the Base Earning slab (Varying based on your location) 3% reduced on every additional £250 earnings untill you reach the capped commision rate of 6% An Example with a £500 base earnings Slab.
£1 - £500 --> 15%
£501- £750 --> 12%
£751 - £1000 --> 09%
£1001 and Above --> 06%

Yes, our riders can pay using their cards with card readers provided to you during onboarding. Our suggestion to the drivers though is if you see a "Saved card" option in your payments screen, that should be your prefered option of payment.
Your earnings on every trip = Total Fare paid by the customer - (Service fee + Your agreed commission % from the trip + Vat on Commission)
Absolutely not. That is your reward for your service and you deserve that fully. We dont charge commission on your Tips or parking charges , toll charges or soiling charges that the customer would pay you as extras.
The system has been designed in such a way that any card jobs, your earnings will be added to your withdrawable balance and for any cash jobs , the amount(The service fee + your commision rate if applicable) that you owe to the company will be reduced from your withdrawable balance.
For Eg: If your first job is a £10 card job and if you owe the company £1 as Service Fee and Commission, then the system adds your Earnings (£10 - £1 = £9) to your withdrawable balance and your balance will be shown as £9 in your profile page Now if your second job is a £10 cash job and if you owe the company £1 as Service Fee and Commission , then the system reduces the £1 you owe the company from your withdrawable balance and your balance becomes £8.
If you are doing a lots of cash jobs there is a chance that your withdrawable balance might appear as a negative number at times but dont worry about that as we will adjust it from your next card job.
Anytime, you just click on the withdraw button on your profile page and your earnings will be transferred to your nominated bank account within the standard bank processing timelines.
All your withdrawals will be credited only to your nominated bank accounts.

The amount of service fee a customer pay is calculated based on various factors that includes but not limited to the customers travel zone ,pickup location etc. The driver earnings are calculated excluding the service fee from the total fare.
